There is more to you than meets the eye:  your connection to nature and the beautiful planet earth – your creativity and sensuality – your inner knowing and integrity of purpose – your love which knows no bounds – your connection to everyone else – the expression of your soul’s purpose – the ways in which you create and manifest your life experience – your connection to divine, and universal love and consciousness.

There are many ways to access this ‘more to you’. On this website I offer some of the ways which make sense to me, including healing, books, cd's and workshops and events. Please browse and shop, and leave your contact details if you would like updated information.

If there is more to us than meets the eye, then who are we?

Put simply we are physical beings and we are spiritual beings. It's quite possible that at a simple yet profound level we have a distrust of being all that we are.

For instance - aware of being physical we could regard the being spiritual as a distraction. We have to take care of the job, the family, our place in the community. We have seen others change with spirituality - foregoing physical pleasures and appearing to loose their sense of fun and joy with life.

Or aware of being spiritual we might see the physical as a distraction. It might detract from our spiritual work, our connection and communication with universal love and consciousness. If we are drawn to expand and be more of ourselves with spirituality will the being physical stuff get in the way?

I believe that in this extraordinary lifetime we have the support and the consciousness to be all that we are. One does not need to be at the expense of the other. It is no longer an either/or experience and we can be both of these things at the same time.

As we allow both of these wonderful aspects of ourselves more fully into our lives amazing things can happen.

I have been interested in how much more there is to us since I first received spiritual healing in 2000. I had the opportunity to learn spiritual healing and this led in turn to an understanding of angel healing, in which the amazing loving energy of angels can be channelled for the highest good. For me angels are empowering: they remind us to be more of ourselves, and to develop our inner resourcefulness, like our intuition, discernment and integrity.

And I'm interested in how we access more of who we are. This feels like being spiritual accomplices, we help each other, and we can ask for help from spirit. It's all down to what we choose.

It is as we find and experience and lean into this 'more to us' that we can find ourselves - like coming home - a remembering, joyful and profoundly peaceful at the same time. Allow all you are and enjoy all that you are.
